1) What's included and what is not?

The following is included:

A. Our rental rates include 250 km limited per day and local taxes.

B. In case of an accident or a problem we will exchange the car for the duration of the repair period.

C. Ticket highway Czech Republic.

D. Regular service autos.

The following is not included:

A. Petrol. A deposit is often payable for petrol, please check the petrol policy when you pick up your car. We recommend that you return the vehicle with the same fuel.

B. Garaging. Parking and traffic fines.

C. Optional Extras. Child seats are mandatory in most countries and must be requested at the time of booking. Roof Racks, Ski Racks, Bike and Ski Carriers, Snow Chains.

2) Which Rental Documents do I need?
All clients must produce their driving licence and passport. It is the driver's responsibility to ensure that he/she has the appropriate driving licence. It is for your benefit if you also have our "Customer Card" which entitles you to a discount of 5% or more.

3) What to do in case of mechanical breakdown or accident?
In the event of any mechanical difficulties or accidents involving your car it is important that details are reported to us within 24 hours. Local police should also be notified in the case of accidents and a signed police report obtained. Full details of third parties should also be obtained. You should retain copies of all rental documentation in the event an insurance company is involved.
